New DLC Borderlands announced

2K Games has announced today: 'Claptrap's New Robot Revolution', the new downloadable content for Borderlands. The expansion is scheduled for next month and costs 800 Microsoft points for the Xbox360, or 7.99 euros for PSN and PC.

Players will become "as a vault hunters" in a deadly civil war between the heavily dressed armed forces of the Hyperion Corporation and the growing army of murderous Claptraps, led by one of the most anticipated characters in the Borderlands universe, the Ninja Assassin."
The DLC also adds a host of new missions, weapons, enemies and boss battles. Players can also earn 10 extra skill points, which brings the total to 71.

Claptrap's New Robot Revolution is the fourth DLC for Borderlands. Developer Gearbox Software has already released The Zombie Island of Dr.. Ned, Mad Moxxi Under Dome's Riot and The Secret of General Armory from Knoxx.

Split/Second winter 2010 on PSP

Split/Second will be released in the end of the year at the PSP, says developer Disney Interactive.

The PSP-version of the game will be a very accurate version of the Split/Second on the PC, PS3 and Xbox360. The controls is adjusted and optimized for use on the PSP. The game will also get an exclusive trail, new challenges and local multiplayer for four players.

First artwork Fallout online released

The newsletter was distributed among people which sign in on the official website of Fallout Online. At the first concept art you can see an open dessert.

Beside, there's a short story in the newsletter, where an adventurer writes a letter to his friend about the "Monkey Butt Mine." Players could sign in for the Bèta of the MMO last month.

Skating in Hawaï with new DLC Skate 3

Wednesday, a new DLC for Skate 3 will be released. The Hawaiian Dream pack will include a new area, the sunny Hawaï.

Beside a new area to skate, the Hawaiian Dream pack contains also a new skater (Danny Way), new skate park objects and 24 new challenges. The DLC comes to Playstation 3 and Xbox360. The price isn't published yet.

Aliens vs Predator Bughunt map pack July 7th

SEGA has published that the second DLC for Aliens vs Predator will be available on July 7th at Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and Steam. The Bughunt map pack will contain two new multiplayermaps for 6 different multiplayer modes. This modes are: Deathmatch, Predator Hunt, Infestation, Species Deathmatch, Mixed Species Deathmatch and Domination.

Also, there will be two new maps for the Survival mode, where can be played with up to 4 players, in the Bughunt map pack. The price will be €7,- of 560 Microsoft points.

Metroid: Other M will be released in September

Metroid: Other M will be released in Europe in September. That says an advertisement in MCV magazine.

An exact releasedate has not been said. Metroid: Other M will be be released in the US on August 31 and in Japan on September 2nd.

Miyamoto may work on a new Game Character

Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of Mario and Zelda, thinks it is time for a new game character. He said that at a meeting with shareholders of Nintendo.

"It’s about time for a new game character," he says. "Perhaps this can be delivered next year."

New DLC Bioshock 2 on August 3rd

On August 3rd, the new DLC for Bioshock 2 will be released. The DLC will be known as: Protector Trials.

In the DLC you (as Big Daddy)have to protect a little sister from the corrupt "Splicers". The DLC contains: 6 new maps, 3 unique difficulties, new unlockables including: concept art and videos, and 7 new achievements and tropies.

Protector trials will cost 400 Microsoft points.

The Sims 3 get a new expansion this fall

Electronic Arts has announced a new expansion for The Sims 3. In the expension, called: "Fast Lane Stuff", players can choose between the next lifestyles: racing, intrigue, rockabilly en classic luxury. There is also a garage where players can customize their cars to their own taste.
